Polymer Preparation and Dosing Systems
Efficient solid–liquid separation often requires proper chemical conditioning of sludge and slurry streams. Enviroflex designs and manufactures automatic polymer (flocculant) preparation and dosing units for reliable preparation and controlled dosing of liquid or powder polymers.
These systems are used to promote flocculation and agglomeration of fine suspended particles, improving sedimentation, flotation, and mechanical dewatering performance.

Sludge Thickening and Dewatering Systems

Belt Thickeners
Belt thickeners provide efficient pre-thickening of sludge by gravity drainage through specially designed filter belts. This process increases solids concentration before mechanical dewatering.
Belt Filter Presses
Belt filter presses are widely used for continuous sludge dewatering. Conditioned sludge is compressed between filter belts under increasing pressure zones, producing a stable dewatered cake and reducing water content effectively.
Combined Belt Thickener and Belt Press Systems
Integrated systems combining belt thickening and belt press dewatering provide a compact solution for applications requiring both processes within a single unit, reducing equipment footprint and operational complexity.
Multi-Disc Screw Presses
For applications requiring low energy consumption, compact installation, and continuous operation, Enviroflex also supplies multi-disc screw presses. These systems are particularly suitable for municipal sludge and industrial slurries with stable operational requirements and minimal operator supervision.
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Systems
For the removal of fine suspended solids, oils, greases, and light particles, Enviroflex designs and supplies Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) units.
In the DAF process, pressurized water saturated with dissolved air is released into the flotation tank, forming microbubbles that attach to suspended particles. The resulting particle–bubble aggregates float to the surface, where they are removed by mechanical skimmers.
DAF technology is widely used for:
