Used Oil Re-Refining – ReLubeX

ReLubeX systems are designed for the re-refining of used lubricating oils, enabling the recovery of valuable hydrocarbon products such as distilled fuels and base oil fractions.

The process typically includes pretreatment, thermal processing, and vacuum distillation, allowing efficient separation of contaminants and recovery of reusable oil fractions from waste lubricants.

POLISHLUBE plants are designed for the polishing, finishing, and upgrading of base oils and hydrocarbon streams. Using advanced adsorptive treatment and filtration technology, these systems remove trace impurities that affect oil color, stability, and chemical purity.

POLISHLUBE systems can treat both recycled base oils and virgin base oils, enabling producers to upgrade lower-quality oils into higher-value products.
